The location offers a prime spot right near lively nightclubs, perfect for those looking to soak in the local nightlife. I also appreciated the simple breakfast, consisting of fresh fruits, eggs, and yogurt, just enough to kickstart the day before heading out.
The noise from nearby clubs can be quite intrusive, especially with loud music playing late into the night, making it tough to get rest. Aside from that, the shared bathrooms are cramped, and during my 7-night stay, we faced some hiccups like no toilet paper for three days and the initial delay in getting extra towels.

A combination of hits and misses
The apartment was very clean,, had a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely private balcony overlooking the courtyard with pool and fountain, perfect for gatherings.
Despite being near great restaurants, noise from nearby bars and clubs made sleeping difficult, even with air conditioning on.

The location was fantastic—a short walk from the beach! I enjoyed mornings on the balcony listening to live music while my teenage daughter explored the area. The breakfast was just right with fresh fruit and eggs, fueling our daily adventures.
My wife says that they should provide more family-friendly dining options.

Had an awesome time with friends! Super close to the beach, comfy rooms, and the pool area felt chill after our adventures. The live music in the area was a vibe! Grabbed breakfast daily, just simple stuff to kickstart our day. Great value, especially for a group vacation.
But man, the noise from nearby bars made it tough to sleep sometimes. Even with earplugs, you could feel the bass from the clubs. Best to be prepared if you're sensitive to sound!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the comfy bed and the cozy balcony where I could unwind. The pool area had a chill vibe that made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the music from nearby bars can be a bit loud at night, but a good pair of earplugs should do the trick! 🎶

A top selection for a short break in Playa del Carmen with a great value-to-price ratio. Loved enjoying a cigarette on the balcony while listening to live music at night. Bring your own cups for water since they don’t provide any.

I stayed in the Coba Room with Balcony and Private Bathroom for 5 nights. The room was basic but comfy. Clean bathroom with warm water and good pressure. I loved the cute balcony facing the street! The location is perfect, close to everything. Only downside was the loud music from nearby bars, but with A/C on, it wasn’t a huge issue for me. I enjoyed the daily cleaning service and the cozy feel of the place overall.
