The noise from nearby clubs can be quite intrusive, especially with loud music playing late into the night, making it tough to get rest. Aside from that, the shared bathrooms are cramped, and during my 7-night stay, we faced some hiccups like no toilet paper for three days and the initial delay in getting extra towels.

Hotel Bosque Caribe, 5Th Av. Zone is a charming, budget-friendly hotel with a prime location just a two-minute walk from 5th Avenue. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and eager to help with recommendations. My room was clean and comfortable, providing a lovely, quiet escape despite being in the bustling heart of Playa del Carmen.
